🎨 Artwork Sales

Ownership & Copyright
All original artworks remain the intellectual property of Heavenly, Tereza Kopecká. Buyers may not reproduce or redistribute images without written permission.

Shipping & Delivery
Orders ship within 3–5 business days. Tracking info is shared when available. Shipping delays may occur during high-demand periods.

Returns & Refunds
All artwork sales are final. Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence for a potential refund or replacement.

🎧 DJ Bookings & Performances

Booking Deposit
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. Full balance is due 7 days before the event.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancel >14 days: deposit retained, no further fees

• Cancel <14 days: 50% of full fee due

• Cancel <48 hours: full payment required

Performance Requirements
Client must provide:

• Sound system & power access

• Secure performance space

• Any rider agreements (if applicable)

💬 Mentorship Sessions

Booking & Payment
All sessions must be prepaid or confirmed via approved payment plan.

Rescheduling Policy
24-hour notice required to reschedule. Less notice may result in loss of the session without refund.
